Determination of Service Fees

The fees applicable to LSC's advisory, protective, investigative, and operational services are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to individual agreement in every instance. The level of professional fees is defined by the nature and complexity of the matter, with particular regard to its significance, level of difficulty, the time required for preparation and analysis, the development of the applicable strategy, the scope and duration of operational actions, as well as the degree of professional responsibility involved.

In most cases, the establishment of a transparent and clearly defined fee structure takes place following a personal or online consultation, once we have gained a comprehensive understanding of the circumstances of the case, assessed its risks and complexity, and provided detailed information regarding potential courses of action, our recommended strategy, and the possible outcomes.

In a significant number of cases, clients initially perceive their situation as highly complex or difficult to manage; however, professional guidance provided during the initial consultation—when properly applied—may allow a substantial portion of the issue to be resolved efficiently and effectively, in some instances without the need for further intervention.
